General

  • TAPUGO is a property marketplace in Turkey that enables users to buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial real estate. We connect property owners, agents, and prospective buyers or renters in a user-friendly platform.

  • We list properties across all major Turkish cities (Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, etc.) as well as many smaller towns and suburban areas.

Buying & Selling Properties

  • Use our search tool: filter by location, property type (apartment, villa, office, etc.) and purpose.

  • Basic browsing is public, but you must register for a TAPUGO account to buy/rent, save searches, or add listings.

  • Yes — we support international buyers. We also offer guidance on legal requirements, foreign purchase regulations, and necessary documentation.

  • After logging into your account, go to “Add Listing,” fill in the property details (address, photos, description, price), and submit. Your listing will be published.

  • Standard property listings are free.

  • In your account dashboard, navigate to “My Listings.” From there, you can choose to edit or delete any active listing.

Renting & Leasing

  • Yes, TAPUGO supports rental listings for residential and commercial units. Landlords or agents can post and manage rental properties easily.

  • Use the “Rent” filter in the search bar. You can narrow by location and property type.

  • Once you find a property you like, click Buy/Rent on the listing (from your TAPUGO account) to buy/rent property.

Security & Trust

  • Our team conducts periodic checks to help prevent fraudulent or misleading listings. We also advise users to confirm property ownership and visit in person when possible.

  • TAPUGO is a listing and connection platform — we do not process property payments. All financial transactions are performed using Paycestra Payment Gateways using a secure channel.

Account & Technical Help

  • Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions emailed to you to reset.

  • • Check your spam/junk folder. • Confirm you entered your email correctly. • If still an issue, contact our support team with your account details.

  • Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Turkish time). For urgent issues, replies may come outside these hours as well.
